Camp Thailand has created this privacy policy statement in prolongation of our commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and distribution practices. This policy is effective as of Jan 1 2010.

We reserve the right to change this statement at any time we see fit or necessary. Therefore, in order to view our latest privacy practices, please review this privacy policy statement regularly. By using our Camp Thailand site, you are deemed to have accepted the terms of this privacy policy.

In order to run Camp Thailand, the following information may be collected in order to administer your site, sort out any problems that we may have in terms of information technology or for general statistics. This includes country of origin, IP addresses or safety of Camp Thailand, including the prevention, detection, investigation or prosecution of attacks against our Camp Thailand site or network. Opting Out or Choices

Please contact your Camp Thailand if you wish to change your e-mail address or opt-out of receiving email messages. However, as stipulated in all Camp Thailand Program Agreements, we must be able to contact current, paid Camp Thailand participants via e-mail from the time of application until the completion of the program. Upon completion of the Camp Thailand program, former participants will be able to opt out of receiving further e-mails from us.

Your Own Data

You can find out what personal information Camp Thailand holds about you by sending us an email. We reserve the right to charge you a fee of up to Ā£10 for dealing with your data request. We will acknowledge your request as soon as we are able to and should we be prevented from disclosing your personal information. We will give you reasons for our refusal.
